This free community event brings together local providers, organizations, and support services in one convenient location. Residents can learn more about available health programs, family resources, preventative care, and other services available throughout Pontiac.
Attendees will also have an opportunity to speak directly with participating organizations, ask questions, and discover resources that may support themselves or their families.
